- Projects are well-defined to prevent cancellations/reversals.
- No refunds for completed work.
- In mutual terminations, clients retain work done, and future payments are refunded.
- Refunds allowed if switching providers within 7 days.
- No refunds for special marketing services or same-day delivery cancellations.
- No refunds for violations of terms or third-party disruptions.
- Refunds (excluding admin/installation fees) available within 30 days if unsatisfied.
Refund processing takes one business day, and refunds are issued in the original payment form.
