Social Solutions & Technologies ensures extensive project analysis to minimize cancellations or disputes. Clients can request refunds if dissatisfied, with specific conditions:

  •   Projects are well-defined to prevent cancellations/reversals.
  •   No refunds for completed work.
  •   In mutual terminations, clients retain work done, and future payments are refunded.
  •   Refunds allowed if switching providers within 7 days.
  •   No refunds for special marketing services or same-day delivery cancellations.
  •   No refunds for violations of terms or third-party disruptions.
  •   Refunds (excluding admin/installation fees) available within 30 days if unsatisfied.

Refund processing takes one business day, and refunds are issued in the original payment form.
